| Project Description: | 2-level 47,000 SF facility to house a neighborhood regional Family Health Center. Project program includes Administration, four primary medical care modules, Ophthalmology, Radiology, Dental Care, Physical Therapy, Laboratory, Pharmacy, X-ray suite, and supporting services including Social Work and W-I-C program. Site development for the project includes a Learning & Leadership Development Center, site circulation between the two facilities, and shared parking for 150 cars. The 8,000 SF Learning Center will house classrooms, meeting rooms, a library and administrative areas. |
