Planning, design and preparation of construction documents for an urban design and transportation project covering a 12-acre area of nine streets, including the historical Alamo Plaza area.

Project Description: Construction supervision for an urban design and transportation project covering a 49-block downtown area. The project includes street and sidewalk improvements, lighting, signage, landscaping, street furniture and underground utilities. Services included site observation, clarification of utility conflicts, materials selection and review, vegetation selection and clarification of design conflicts. Coordination with utilities companies and property owners.
